Melva Lee Ritter Temple, age 71, passed away peacefully at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, after a brief illness. She was born on Oct. 31, 1946, to Charles R. Sr., and Iris Ritter of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
